The best modification that you could do to improve road safety would be to replace the steering wheel airbag in all cars with a spike like that.

Yeah, biggest issue with any motorised vehicle is the nut behind the steering wheel.

Think of it this way,
It's only the tosseŕs out there on the roads,
that make my driving look even better than it is RRSport MY12hse but don't hold that against lill o me
