V8 Decat!
Problems getting a replacement R/H one for less than £550 mean drastic action may be considered, so hypothetically speaking any reason not to remove the internals of the cats on a LPG V8. Presumably if this were done something would have to be done to fool the O2 sensors.==================================

You need a Wayne Angle Block
Developed by a man called Wayne, oddly enough, but widely copied now
As you are running on LPG, you should not need cats for an MOT. As long as it looks like the cats are still present, and the emissions are low enough, and no light on the dash, you should be fine My D3 Build Thread

Cheers Mike, think you mentioned something along these lines when you did the gearbox flush.
Emissions are very low on LPG and test is not due till next year anyway and I hope by then to have enough pennies to get a ss sports exhaust and cats fitted.==================================
