The heated socket is the two pin one in the centre, you can buy the plug and "long" cable from the site shop, splice it into the cigar lighter nearest the steering wheel
Its possibly had a new clock spring fitted, ISTR only heated springs are available now.
If you are fitting a D3 wheel the PCB should be included with the wheel, if going the whole hog and fitting a D4 wheel you will need the conversion kit from BBS.It can when others can't,

You can't fit a D4 wheel with paddles and not activate them!!! it's sacralidge, big mistake, you don't know what you'll be missing.
But if you are def not fitting them there have been enquiries on the site for them and the rear switch surround It can when others can't,

1/2 new price is a good rule of thumb they aren't worth anything in your car doing nothing, every little helps towards the wheel converter PCB's which are a must
Wiggs and PatGap are working on a software upgrade for them to fit a >2010 D4 It can when others can't,

When you say separate heating part I hope you mean the add on PCB for the wheel from BBS, as the wheel should come with a heating PCB which you also need that is located under the right side wheel switch and gets its power from the left switch via a short loom.
I would check it is there before you spend any more as it appears this PCB cannot purchased without a wheel It can when others can't,

If you have got the wheel off take the 4 torque screws out on the back cover, release the two plastic clips holding the switch down and the switch pack will lift out enough for you to check that the PCB and the loom is there, it is a small PCB under the right side switches.
I do know one member bought a new wheel and it was missing and he could not get a PCB as they do not have a part number and had to have the wheel replaced.
Also be careful when replacing the clock spring it must go back in the exact same position that it was removed and not rotated, it is usual to lock it in position with electric tape.It can when others can't,
