the rebuild process for the front, center and rear valve block is the same for all 3 valve blocks, each valve contains 3 orings and a valve seal, the main part that causes the valve block to fail and start leaking is the valve seal, finding a replacement for the valve seal would be very difficult so I came up with a fix to the existing seal.
the write-up might take a while but if you guys hang in there I promise I will publish it ASAP.
You are correct about there being virtually nothing about the block valves.
About all I found was some IMI Norgren advertising a few years back inferring that they were the inventor and manufacturer of the block valves. The link below still shows the front block valve.
I note you have some good pictures in your gallery. I found the system pressure table referenced to vehicles models and years plus software quite informative.
I was surprised at some of the numbers I saw particularly with regard to the early year models.
Keep up the research; someone has to, and we look forward to the writeup.2005 LR3 HSE 4.4L AJ-V8 petrol; Traxide Dual Battery; PIAA 2500K Yellow Ion H11 Fog Light bulbs; CounterAct LT-2 Capacitive Corrosion control; LLumar AIR80 Blue clear Infra Red blocking side window film; Liftgate manual release; Schrader Valve "air in" mod to OEM air suspension reservoir tank; Akebono ceramic pads; OEM solid vented discs; LR4 design hitch receiver; Wiggs D4 MOST bluetooth module; Clock on the Dash; 3 Flash signal light mod; Backup Camera; 2015/16 Nav Data update.

Not sure how many of you have seen this YouTube video. As well as talking about diagnosing and finding leaks he also gets into servicing a valve block.

Tareqyounis,
Great to here this worked for you. When you reconnected it all back up did you use the same collet and union?
And did you get round to posting your write up on this? If so please send me the link.
