I thought all D4's were included, I've had a letter for my 2010 model, so I'm sure yours should be included.
This reminds me I need to book mine in, when I can face seeing my dealer again.
I found them very polite and helpful, this time. Mines booked in for October 23rd.Freelander SE 2005 Auto.

Never understood why people object so much to the fixed towbar from an aesthetic point of view? It's a functional piece of equipment that's in keeping with the style and ability of the car IMO.Current: Discovery 3 06MY (55 reg) HSE Auto Zambezi Silver Allisport Fast Road Intercooler, V8 Brakes, Silicone IC Hoses, EGRs Blanked, Remapped, De-Cat pipe, FBHIC

It looks a bit unsightly
There are other tow are out there that are much neater and tidier than the OEM offering My D3 Build Thread

I would say yes then the records are up to date and you get a piece of paper to put in your service book.

Towbar letter received
Have just received the customer satisfaction program letter, but I've had a fixed towbar fitted for about two or three years. Therefore do I contact them for the check? Would they take it off and check for wear without it?
There's no way my local dealer is touching my car though but that's another story.
