I think you may find that brake fluid change is a chargeable item on the service schedule.

Wear and tear, not faulty parts but I will quiz it when I collect the beast tomorrow. No big bill for me though, it will last until it's next service Thumbs Up

So costs

3rd service
MOT
Air con service
Brake fluid

£483 not as cheap as I would like but cheaper than expected.

Land Rover "recommend" every 2 years, it's normally something I get done at the manufacturers recommended intervals.

£483 seems a tad excessive for an oil and filter change Whistle

With regards to a/c the system. It relies on oil, much like your engine. It also has a filter! And is suseptible to moisture contamination and gas leakage and air in the system when the gas gets low.
These faults can damage the a/c compressor, which never brakes on Rrs / d3 does it ???
An a/c sevice can prevent failure and ensure the system last much longer

New suspension components at less than 30k and under 3 years old is not wear and tear.

Got the beast back this morning

Only 1 advisory on the MOT
"Front suspension arm has slight play in a pin/bush (2.4.G.2)"

The rest was on the health check

Front brake pads 10mm
Rear brake pads 8mm

They did say the pads were beginning to get lips

"Slight play and knocking from both front lower suspension arms rear bushes"

And front tyres
N/S 3.5 3.7 3.4
O/S 3.8 3.5 .3.6
It will do me until March Thumbs Up
