Should the AC need regassed at 3 years? Mine didn't need it til 8 years and condenser started leaking.

Seen the signs on the service desk but dismissed them as income generation. Saved a few scheckels over the 8 years.

With regards to a/c the system. It relies on oil, much like your engine. It also has a filter! And is suseptible to moisture contamination and gas leakage and air in the system when the gas gets low.
These faults can damage the a/c compressor, which never brakes on Rrs / d3 does it ???
An a/c sevice can prevent failure and ensure the system last much longer

My D4 has 30k on it and just had 3rd service and mot. Sailed through both with no issues warnings or advisories and is used to tow our ta caravan regularly brakes still all original and do jot need replacing yet.MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange
