Nope.

  1. Do they come on with the side lights?
  2. Do all 4 normal rear side lights work?
  3. Do both brake lights and the centre top one work?

Nearside side lights and number plate lights are all on the same fuse.
If you have power getting to the number plate lights on brake application is your front nearside side light illuminating too? Mods:
Front Fogs + Halos
