battery dying can't lock my car

England 2009 Discovery 3 TDV6 HSE Auto Java BlackDiscovery 3
battery dying can't lock my car

Checked my battery last night and it was only showing 12.1 when running. So gonna get a replacement the problem is I can lock my is this down to the battery?

Sounds like alternator's knackered if that's the voltage running.

Need to check that out then. The battery is the original land rover one so getting on for 9 yrs old!! U think the non locking is down to the battery?

If its only showing that voltage running then you have an alternator problem, but I would also change the battery if it's still the original one fitted.
