They are for golf club storage. Lets you put a set of clubs across the boot, especially if you have one of those long drivers.

I asked TLO if the nets could be bought separately a couple of months ago.
Sadly the answer was no, and I don't think you can get the panels themselves any more either.
If you look carefully the ones with the nets have a different moulding around the indentation area.
I imagine some could be made up though without too much hassle from general cargo nets.
It's on my "To Do" list before winter.
