It appears the standard "fault" is from the dryer in the compressor being clogged up. LR has discontinued the part number.. ughhh. Ive tried many dealers online and locally and no one has one. is there a place to buy the silcia salt for the dryer? Or is there a better cheaper fix? Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.

Check that your dryer doesn't have a hairline crack between the red and blue Voss connectors. Common problem and can often be cured with a bit of epoxy resin.
The existing silica beads can be dried out in a microwave oven but I'm sure you must be able to find a supplier on eBay in the USA.
This kit has everything you need, including a replacement dryer unit lid (if you don't fancy repairing the existing one):

Also check that the front of your air reservoir/tank has not rusted through.
