Fitting front and rear light gaurds

Hello all, I'm new to the forum. I have just brought a Disco 3 and I brought a second hand set of OEM light guards for the front and rear.
I can't seem to find anywhere installation instructions for them. Found a little bit on the front ones but nothing on the rear one. Can someone please point me to a "how to" or some to find the fitting instructions for them.
Thanks

Thanks very much guys that website and the instruction manuals are great thanks very much. Front guards look fine. Just worried about drilling the holes for the rear gaurds.

Yeah its a leap of faith to cut holes in your pride and joy, regardless of whether you can see them or not....small piece of masking tape to hold the drill bit for making a small guide hole, and work your way up to the right size Thumbs Up
