sticky clutch pedal
Any one had this before first got it coming to a roundabout coming out of dundee pushed the clutch and the pedal just stuck to the floor put my foot under it and pulled it back up and it has been ok for about 2 months then it happened again sitting in a carpark in aberdeen , i have purchased a new clutch master cylinder to change it, but i was wondering if it is possible for the seals inside to come out their grooves hence the peddle sticking down to the floortinted windows

slave seems to be ok everything is nice and dry hence why i think it must be worn seals slipping inside the master that causes the peddle to stick to the floor then be ok when you pull the peddle up forcing the seals back into place again just wondered if anyone else had encountered this .tinted windows

cant see a leak no where and the level never seems to change seems a strange one i will try changing the master cylinder and see if that works and strip the old one for a look it seems to be the original one so it has done 110ktinted windows

Had exactly this problem with a TT Roadster Thought the worst and pulled the pedal back up by hand, worked perfectly ever after - until I sold it anyway! In my case the TT wasn't being used much and I wonder if that was a factor I suspected the master cylinder but didn't take it any further No loss of fluid or any other outward signs
