I believe there was a time limit for the rectifications to be done.......but check with yer local LR Main dealer and they will confirm whether done or otherwise by looking up your chassis number.

Thumbs Up

also have a look in your service book at the rear, mentions about recalls and will have a stamp/date/miles if done.

This recall was issued in 2009 and involved the fitting of a modified brake vacuum pipe ....give your dealer your VIN to check if its been done

As Character says though you may be outside of any time limits if it hasn't.

I've just had my 06 in for this recall, went into guy salmon Stockport to check for any outstanding recalls found this one to be done, they booked it in straight away fitted new pipework and a new servo as it was full of oil. All for no charge and free valet.

Had mine done in L/R Bury not long ago new pipe and brand new servo, mine also was contaminated with oil. got a letter of landrover to inform me of recall even though the vehicle has changed hands twice. hey car got new air freshener (were they trying to tell me something) free visual checkover and valet. a nice chilled bottle of water in the cup holder (it was summer)
Happy days,
Well done L/R Bury. Thumbs Up
