O.K guys. Here comes another dump question. Do I have to remvove the existing 2 screws at the back. In which holes are coming the other for srews. Any pic would help. Afterwards when everything is finish I won't mount the plate but........

Edit: Found the m...... (is it fixing?) instructions from JMC. It is now m..... (fixed?)
