You'll notice I have 'moderated' a few posts on this thread, it's very important so needs to be kept as 'clean' as possible

PS. Brian, apologies for not posting this myself as discussed, you beat me to it and did a far better job of it anway
Si matter not who does it, it is now in the members eye and should be responded to by all. If not the only losers are our selves.
INSIST is the word, dealers do not like doing the reports as it is time consuming. Some may not even know how to.

Apart from the EPQR are the repairs under warranty monitored via the dealers claim form. LR dealers must claim the cost of warranty repairs from Land Rover. I would have thought that LR would have used this to check on the types of faults encountered on the Disco3.

Logic says yes, but as far as companies operate, it is impossible to ascertain.

Just a small but important point you should all know. If you submit an EPQR you should automatically receive a four page questionnaire each time from NOP World Automotive (an independent research company) working for LR. Not sure how they can be independent ?
No EPQR - no survey, no comment from you to LR about your problems, your car, the defects or your dealer quality and time for the job taken. I have filled in over 15 now re my car. It is up to you guys to insist on the EPQR being completed as dealers will 'forget', even though LR allow them time specially to complete an EPQR.
It is your only voice to LR for defect correction, quality control, praise, criticism, and control of your dealer for quality, skill and customer care..
Thats it folks, Happy Christmas

I get these every-time I visit the dealer for a book in service. Don't think they are particular to an EPQR.
Just if LR see on their system you've been to a dealer they send you one.
Even had one after having my tyre replaced by Williams in Manchester.

Simon, some dealers are better than others of course. The EPQR ensures that even the poor dealers have records and you have a reply to LR..

That must be the ESP then? to go with the HDC, the DSC, and the TR. Land Rover were always good at acronyms, EPQR, ACE, SLS, TC, ABS
Have I missed any?
