if you buy from a dealer you can often get a 12month , extended to 36 month warranty for a small charge.
well worth it as it covers pretty much anything.Duncan

been reading this thread with interest as i too am contemplating a caravan..
now there seems to be a lot of favour towards hobbies, however i've been told by a few caravners that a lot of uk site don't like hobbies, how true is this?

yes, a few private sites dont allow Hobby, Fendt or Burstner (large travelling community 'vans) onto their sites. I've seen it twice, but thats in over 20 years of caravanning, so its not too common.

Blimey ! I've just looked at a Hobby caravan on that there famous auction site
Just less than 8K and it looks like new ! It makes my trip to Cornwall in a bear lake 6 a lot less appealing this year !
I too might have to succumb to a bit of Caravan Club action,
Do I need to purchase a Lemon coloured Polo T shirt and some grey slacks ?Only dead fish go with the Flow !

We have a Elddis avante 626 it's my second Elddis and I have not had any trouble with either of them .
The 626 has a side dinette u shaped lounge fixed bed loo and shower at the side . Build quality is good and it has passed the kid ( four of them ) test very well however it maybe larger than you require . You're not afraid of the dark are you ?
