Body shop Mate, I see you are in Surrey I can recommend Ashtead Coachworks, run by a bloke called Andrew. He has worked on some of our cars and some of our customer and his work is faultless
Cheers

I had all mine pulled out for £110 a local guy called - 999 dent he was awesome ! .
I even had some dents with re inforced pillars behind them when I bought the old girl.... and some sharp dents .... in total I think there was 6 ....
Spent all day talking to him .... as long as the paint isn't broken it should be ok ...
Had this in a similar place - all gone
D4 Front upgrade/cut back wings n things 'taking a long time but getting there'.
D4 rear upgrade - Narpys helped with that bit
Flack for problem solving and D4 Bluetooth Install/ D4 Heated Steering wheel with Flappy paddles n BBS enabling kit
Disco Mikeys work - Serviced, EGR blanking and 4x4 software upgrade, 3 flash indicators.

Not that similar as I cannot see any crease-line damage.Land Rover - Turning Drivers into Mechanics Since 1948

It may not look like it but ... was probably worse
Those first pics may not have showed it was a dent who 'someone' had tried knockin out with a flat head screwdriver !!
It took him two hours but he got out every crease ... think there was over 40 out of that one ....
Now flat as a pan cake .... Hannah reversed into a post in her colt... big crease straight down her boot and he did that for £35
I was honestly amazed !! Same work quoted by LR £2,500

Is the paint not broken at the rear edge close to the light or is that just a scuff mark, on the OP 1st picture?

Just a scuff mark. I'll be able to cover that bit with a set of light guards anyway. Paint isn't broken

They can do some pretty remarkable stuff if the paint is not broken if you get the right guy.
I had a dent removed - admit it was just a small shopping trolley ding but it only took 10mins for a guy to remove and you couldn't tell it was ever there.
To give people an idea of what can be done, do a google search - see this example (note that I do not have personal experience of this guy but it gives you an idea)

A bit of heavy duty suction will fix that the crease on the line is the hard bit, you would be surprised what can be repaired with very little effort.

I had very similar but slightly worse damage to the same panel. Tried a few paintless guys (including one who came out and gave it a try but didn't charge me as he couldn't fix it) before giving up and going to a bodyshop. Wasn't totally happy with the outcome but it only cost me a couple of hundred including sorting out a dent to the front wing right on the crease as well. Also used a bodyshop in Surrey but as I wasn't totally happy I can't honestly recommend them to you.
