Noisy clunk from rear when moving away in 1st gear

I am getting a noisy clunking noise from the rear of my disco 3 when pulling away in first gear and sometimes when turning in 1st gear.

It sounds similar as if I am driving over cats eyes but the ride is smooth.

Any ideas??

Also, while I'm on, can I change my air suspension for springs? will my all terrain selection still work?

Many thanks

Hello mate re the clunking , i drove a vw polo with the same symptoms as you describe , however the clunking was there over uneven road surfaces as well , and when pulling off in first and changing gear to second
Turned out the front and rear bushs were completely gone
