Without additional hardware, you can watch TV on the move via the hidden diagnostics screen. But it's not perfect, you can't select a channel and you have diagnostic overlay on the screen.

Nav on the move is useless to me because there is no Map DVD for my country Banging Head
I wish I could do something about that anyways.
