Glad to help Very Happy for another MPG or two get into the habit of accelerating slowly whenever you can, those fast getaways don't help the fuel consumption Wink

Hate to burst anyone's bubble but results over 32 - 33 mpg are almost certainly corrupted as this is outside of the design limits for the vehicle, 31-ish is a realistic maximum unless you polish your car everyday, have perfect tyres and pressures, carry no extra weight (either as luggage or due to a good lifestyle Wink ) and don't drive into any headwinds Rolling Eyes

Heavy right foot, mate. Where I live it's all speed humps, stop/start etc. Average speed is normally around 14mph..... Still, I'm sure all these humps are good for the environment Wink

I had a little fun at the weeked with the trip computer. I set the cruise control at 40 mph and re-set the computer. I got 55.8 mpg over the next two miles! I then re-set it to 50 mph and still got 45!! Impressive or what!

Shocked Shocked

Typically get 30mpg at 60mph on cruise (TDV6 autos) with no AC on & not loaded up. Going to pick up some tyres on Wednesday so will see what a run at 55mph does.
