Hahaha... sorry, but I had to get that in...
Seriously, I feel the need to comment as a recent arrival as I have had both support and ridicule (thanks, Discotres for the suggestion that my newly arrived D4 was resting on blocks at the dealers... ) and have found this to be generally offered in good spirits..
I accept that there are times when people type stuff that makes you wonder and shake your head in despair but, rather like the earlier comments, I tend to take the approach of 'would I say that in the pub'or 'how would I respond'?
I am also on our local Northants site which is very, very close - some of the banter is too confusing for a newbie which is a shame as there is a wealth of experience on there (albeit at a very different level to this forum) - equally, I have popped into some others and the general vindictiveness is eyewatering and I don't linger long...
In short, live and let live and if someone wants o have a pop, I think that we owe it to each other to simply treat it with the disdain it deserves.
I like it here and hope others continue to help...

Personally it's all a degree of bawbagedness
There are some wee bawbags and some big bawbags, but basically all 14,000 and whatever are all bawbags to a level.
The big bawbags will know who they are and you are genuinely classic bawbags, who try and prove your not by funnyboy, witty (try to) posts, but bawbags none the less.
As was once said by a drunk man somewhere, onetime...there are horses and riders.....which one are you?

So ...to recap John ...we are all the scrotums of either horses or their riders ...but some are bigger scrotums than others
Can I be a rider ? ...you know ...like in Jilly Coopers novel where they all get shagged 8)21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021
