RRS rims on Disco4

Hi,
I have a set of 9x19 offset 53 from a RRS,
do they fit on a Disco 4 with 8x19 offset 53
as standard without any modifications on the
the vehicle ? Tyres will be 255/55 R 19 as factory
fitted.

The wheels will fit but check the load rating on the inside of the wheels. For a Disco they should be 940kg, most RRS wheels are only rated to 900kg.. I want to see the sweets before I get into your windowless van... I'm not stupid!

Hi,
thx for info.
Tried with a General Grabber Duratrac
in 255/55 R19, unfortunately there is a touch
condition with the inner wheelhouse liner on the front axle
when cornering. The tire touches the wheelhouse liner slightly.
So I'll go back to 8x19.
