Wheel Identification
Good Morning All,
Can anyone identify which wheels these are on my recently purchased D4 (2013 - SDV6 HSE).
I am looking for some chunkier tyres on another thread and got confused by a comment suggesting different width tyres can fit on the same rim size.

For these rims pictured I am down to the following tyre suggestions;
255/55/R19 111H options;
Pirelli Scorpion AT+
General Grabber AT3
Cooper Discoverer AT3 Sport 2
Are there any other sizes I should consider that may improve mpg etc?
It’s a VERY confusing subject and the moment I’m favouring the Scorpion AT+ purely for the look…
CheersMany Thanks

If they are RRS wheels there is a good chance they aren't up to the D4 load rating.
The load rating is stamped on the back of the wheel and will probably be 900kg. Your D4 needs 940kg I think. You might want to check.

Quick search would suggest RR Sport wheel part No AH32-1007-AAW
Bloody typical.... it could only happen to me.... non rated wheels so now the cost of new wheels as well as tyres... and to be honest it was the wheels that made the car look good when I was buying it.Many Thanks

check first before binning them off - I'm pretty sure I've seen them on a few D3/4's fitted by some reasonably "together" people05 D3 V8 HSE, LR Passion tree bars, wildbear compressor guard, LRP switch panel, ARB rear locker + compressor, Trigger 6 shooter electrical system
12 RRS SDV6 HSE (Hers) - Gone and replaced with an I Pace - I can tell you now EV is not the future yet

They are rated 25kg less per wheel than a D3/4 wheel
Unless your off road every day, or continually towing 3.5T, they'll be fine My D3 Build Thread

Yes, I have checked my wheels and you are all correct, they are the RRS ones... rated to 860kg.
My car should have had LR040788 wheels on it from the factory, so I am looking to get some of those and some new rubber on them.
Look out for a set of RRS 19" wheels going up for sale.. lolMany Thanks

Wheel issues?
Right, help again please people.
So I have confirmed my Disco should have had LR040788 wheels on rated to 930kg per wheel.
I currently have fitted RRS wheels AH32-1007-AAW rated to 860kg.
Before I buy a new set of wheels I want to know if anyone has ever had any issue driving with the incorrect load rated wheels on?
I have spoken to my insurer (NFU) and they are perfectly ok with the RRS wheels and don't need to note anything on my policy regarding a modification because they are the same size wheels (19") as the originals. It is only a modification if not LR or same size.
So, insurance are happy and I am looking to avoid buying a set of wheels....
For the data crunchers, I appreciate the load rating isn't what it says it should be... but what is the real world situation? Anyones wheels ever cracked / buckled under too much load?
Cheers people.Many Thanks
