Roof Rack - Request for Help please

I have obtained a lovely Expedition roof rack for my partners D4, however the bolt plates are not very good and have a couple that are in need of replacement.
I am away from home at the moment and have some one who can fabricate new ones for the rack...

So is any one able to measure the sliding 2x bolt plate, that goes into the roof rails (width and length, position & diameter of bolts) so as my tame metal worker can knock me some up over the weekend ,... ??

here is the rack ...

I bougt Expedition Roof Rack for my Disco 3 but withaut any fixings. Is there any place where I can buy the set of fixings?
