The Valeos are so brilliant you don't even have to fit them....My OEM LR ones were doing the squeaky/juddering bit so I ordered the Valeos and before they even arrived, the LR ones decided to work perfectly and have been super smooth for the past week - thanks to the threat of the Valeos in the garage waiting to take their place Very Happy

OK - I'll try the psychology bit. I'll wave the pack at the windscreen in a threatening way and report back Very Happy

Smile Like most people I hated the wiper blades and the noise made by them. Finally decided to change them 30k and the new valeo blades recommended are great. No noise at all and they make such a great job of cleaning the windows.

Mine went yellow after about 6 weeks Confused

Now about 10 months old and still working fine, except for the annoying yellow stickers Evil or Very Mad

Think I might have a go at removing the stickers Thumbs Up

For LHD drivers. Nigrin 550mm blades from OBI doing fine, even in cold snowy conditions.

Does anyone know what the Valeo part numbers are for LHD? As my local shop sells valeo but doesn't have mine in stock and I would like to be sure they order the right ones for me.

My wiper blades are noisy too and changing them from left to right v.v. made a difference, for one day. Big Cry

noisy wipers

My two year old D3 also had a problem with "noisy" original wipers inasmuch as the driver side blade juddered and bumped its way going from left to right but was ok going back. I had a look at the blade and it appeared to have developed a "set" or "memory" from sitting in the "rest" position at the bottom of the screen with the blade cleaning edge in the upward position ie the arm parks horizontally while the blade is wiping in the down direction. Because the connecting fin between the cleaning edge and the "stiffening" rib is so thin it lacks the strength to maintain the wiping edge at right angles to the glass and "sets" in the down wipe position. A gentle twisting applied ( with an adjustable spanner ) to the flat metal part of the wiper arm changed the angle that the blade sat at so the blade flipped over immediately on the upstroke and made it "wipe" rather than "shovel" its way across. No more noise! (and I suppose I saved a few quid too. )
