for the left hand unit:
LR105956 - manifold, left hand, latest version, includes rubber gasket
Injector pipes below include injector refit kits
2 x LR017437 - injector 5 + 6 pipes (same pipe fits injectors 5 and 6)
1 x LR017438 - injector 4 pipe
1 x LR038333 egr gasket
Officially all injector pipework is single use however these two were too hard for me to replace, so I did reuse.
LR013482 - injector rail balance pipe (I didn't fit this)
LR059808 - pipe fuel rail left hand (HPFP to rail, I didn't fit this)
1 x LR013531 - Pipe - Top to Oil Separator. You'll find this plastic and rubber pipe will be perished. I suggest you buy one. Mine was in a dire state with the rubber brittle and split and the plastic pipe so fragile it broke as soon as I touched it. One covers the left and right side in one piece.
Google all part numbers that don't make sense.

I bought it all through RimmerBros online and had it shipped to Aus. Cost approx £500 in parts.

2010 D4 3.0L is what I own and what I purchased for. If yours is not a 3.0L I'd qualify all the part numbers at the link below.
