We've got to go to Bromley first thing, got new tenants in the house and we need to sign contracts. We're aiming to be back in Northampton by 2. Which frankly, if Lottie's driving, won't be a problem Hopefully see you at the meeting point.

Interestingly - just by where we are meeting was/is/used to be a potential river crossing point - when by myself - I have never been quite brave enough to go tthrough it....
I havn't taken a look for a while so dont know what sort of condition it is in.... Might be worth a bit of a butchers...

All,
Was looking at the maps last night and spotted about 2k of byway at Faxton which is quite close to where we are meeting. It might be worth heading over? Also, part of the route needs a slight change but can explain when we meet later.

Hi lads- looks like you had a good time on this- I'm looking at doing some laning now having moved recently 'over here' after beeing stuck with the Brummies near Walsall for more years than I care to mention!
Is anyone / would anyone come on this / organise this again- or have any suggestions or comments on it?
I'm free this Saturday 3rd April to run this- so if anyone wants a re-run and no other plans!!!

Haha!
Chris has beaten me to it... yep, Sunday 3rd is Mother's Day and where am I.... off to Newbury for the 'Spares Day' which is simply another way of saying that I'm going to try and sell some of my tat (sorry, carefully stored spares...) to someone else in order to leave room to buy someone else's tat later in the day!
Kids are well set up with prezzies and cards and we're off out to do the quality time later tonight rather than coping with hordes of harrassed folks on Sunday lunchtime...
Anyway, enough of the off-topic bit... lanes?
All the lanes in Northants are shut until 1st May (Seasonal TRO's) but watch this space!
I am acting as guide for some of the Frontera Owners' Club on 1st May so will see how overgrown some of the bits are (I'll be in the 300 TDi...) and report back!
Rob D4 Commercial - 65 Plate, 2016MY
D5 Commercial - Handed back when I left that job…
D4 Commercial (2014MY) - gone
D4 Commercial SDV6 - Baltic Blue (also gone)
D1 300TDi... 2" lift, HD bumpers (both), detachable tow hitch, 9,500lb winch, 235/85/16 muds and plenty of other toys (gone to make way for the next toy...)
Smiles per Mile - Tornado Motorsports caged Evo 3... 100" Defender look-alike, with Range Rover running gear - all fully IVA'd and registered!

Cheers for the info Rob- that's saved some disappointment but as necessity is the mother of invention- I'll look to go elsewhere until May then!
Any suggestions from anyone- not rude - would be welcomed! D4 HSE in Stornoway- love it. Jaguar XF, MG TF, D2 ES V8 and 2x TR7s for playing!
