Ar*e - you all knew what I meant - apologies given!!!!
Can I assume these beasties could also be wired up using the simkna/10FC wiring diagram rather than taking the dash apart and paying the stealer more ca$h?Steve N | 21MY Defender | 08MY Discovery 3 (history) | 06MY Discovery 3 (ancient history)

Of course.
You could probably even still use the LR switch if you wanted, though without having seen the back of one, not sure which pins you would need to use. A couple of minutes with a meter would soon suss that one though.
YOUR apology accepted BTW.

If I've got this right, (and I probably don't).
1) DG is having some Lightforce (or at least non LR) lamps fitted.
2) He doesn't have an A bar
So... how are you planning to affix them to the car, given that the bumper is too wobbly?

Ahhh.. .
Just wondering if the disco2 low profile light bar might be fit for purpose.. will see if I can find some pics. The fitting instructions suggest it could be used. Hmm...

Si.
What about the special mounts that you can get that allows you to put LR lights onto a bumper - DiscoStu bought a set. Gareth has got them on his.Steve N | 21MY Defender | 08MY Discovery 3 (history) | 06MY Discovery 3 (ancient history)

No worries mate - 1st come, 1st served!
Annoyed they didn't list them as 'Discovery 3' lamps. Even more annoying is the fact I normally check 'Discovery' listings too, but this week I didn't. Even MORE annoying is the fact you got a set for £150!
Look forward to seeing them at The Fairmile some time! They'll look good on the bar.
