Hi!
I’ve just bought my Disco 3, it’s an 05 which has had this mod done.
Has anyone had an issue with the antenna connection to the original oem head unit? I pulled it forward yesterday to try and figure out where to wire an aux lead. Ever since it keeps loosing radio reception.. seems better if I put a lot of force on the antenna connection in the back of the head unit, but not something I can permanently fix easily.
Any ideas?

It has the right connectors on it.
Trying searching the part number on this site to check for any complaints in the D3 area

Hello,
I've bought a screen from L320 AH22-10E887-BF, I've try it and its working well !
Screen come with RRS bezel and it seems to be slighly different from D4 bezel (aluminum frame on the top. Do i need a bezel from a D4 ?

Use the D3 bezel and glue it on.
Let the glue (black silicon) set when it is completely installed in the car as the last step so the position is perfect

Recommended Bluetooth upgrade please......
Afternoon all, I've just completed the D4 upgrade (With special thanks to Flack and Galvanisednuts) and all is good apart from the phone. It appears from this thread that this isn't uncommon and a Bluetooth upgrade is recommended, so if this is still the case could any of you esteemed posters recommend a unit? I have previously had the bluetooth upgraded from the original D3 when it went kaputt.
Any help much appreciated.

Nanocom to update rear view camera
morning All, does anyone know if the Nanocom Evolution will update the CCF for the rear view camera to activate, I have updated and as yet it hasn't come on, also I have the D3 bluetooth module and the contacts aren't showing, but received and dialled are, any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks

A d3 with D4 screen and rear cam can ONLY Be done with gap iid. As they produced the custom configuration.

i am not sure if the D3 bluetooth does display contacts by default.....(on a D4 screen that is) maybe only with the latest software..
i did upgrade it to the later D4 / FFRR /RRS bluetooth unit and now it works...
altough it can be still a hit and miss sometimes.. i do not rely on it..Best regards

Is that absolutely 100% true Pete?
I had been considering this upgrade on my MY06 SE and I have engineering access to JLR SDD and thought this would be able to conigure the right settings in the CCF. But I'd that's not the case then I'll not bother? MY06 D3 SE 2.7 V6
MY15 FL2 SE 2.2 I4

It’s just to enable the rear cam.

I have updated the CCf on the GAP, but it didn't give option for MY10
could you please explain the procedure in case I've missed something
it turned green when I clicked the option, but that was it, it's the first time I have used the GAP, I thought it would give me options other than on/off
but it didn't seem to update car, or at least tell me it had

Body Control unit needs updating i presume? (firmware update, read the GAB manual)
Then you will have more choice in the ccf
The update who also give you the clock on dash etc…
Also does add functions like:
Three Flash Indicators
4x4 Info Screen/Off Road Nav
Standard on UK HSE Models,.
Sat Nav On The Move
Etc..
Only after that upgrade you can choose some options like this..as far as i know..Best regards
