For those that are interested
Just to clear things up I did seriously look into the V8 but could not justify the extra 5K the new vehicle would cost.
So I ordered the new car at the end of September a Rimini Red TDV6 HSE, Auto, Rear locking diff, TV etc etc. J V Like are fitting a snorkel, winch, A bar with spot lights, rear ladder, side mouldings, security glass etc etc. The Red Pearl turned up just before Xmas, however I bought a nice 07 number from the DVLA which I was going to use on the New Defender that I intend to buy if they ever get launched. Due to the delay in the Defender launch I have decided to postpone registering my new D3 until the 1 March so I can put the 07 reg number on the D3 instead. In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.
