You have the reinforced tensioner mount (oil pump housing).

No need to change it, so just change belts and tensioners etc as per the service schedule.

Thank you Garry. Thought was reinforced one but wanted to check. Thanks again for reply.

These are two pics of a new oil pump that went into my car 6 months ago - you can see the webbing as you have on your pump at the top on either side of the machined face (tensioner mount). The suspect pumps do not have the webbing on either side of the tensioner mount).

Just re[laced my pump. 210k miles on original pump. The belt was replaced 100k miles ago.

It’s a 54 plate.

Got that sick feeling friday morning after a 5 min run up the road and back, pulled up and reversed onto my front yard like i always do and just as i went to shift from reverse to park i heard a rumble then it died.
Removed the fan and could see a crack in the timing cover, cover removed now and tensioner mount broken off. Original pump and belt at 195k klms. Ironically i have the new ford pump and was going to strip it down for replacement on the weekend.
Hoping for the best since it was at idle when it broke Big Cry , got the starter out of the way for the locking tool and going to line up the timing marks on the cams and see where we are at.

I just bought 2007 D3, belts have been changed, 100k miles. No idea if the oil pump has been done.

Any way to tell without removing half the engine to get to the belts? Do I need to take it to a garage (I have an independent LR specialist down the road) - I'm not confident stripping back myself.

Not without removing the timing cover, not a hard job.

Well nearly 3 years on and 32,000klms and i got away with just minor damage.
2 broken cam cap bolts, 1 slightly bent exhaust camshaft and a sheared keyway on a cam pulley, replacing the cam and trying to refit with both pulleys fitted along with seals was a real bitch.
Lucky we were in covid lockdown so i had the time to strip the top end and assess the damage.
