Ok, repairing it.

I asked because there is no profile on your signature and some have been known to contemplate removal of the radio and replacing it with something else.

Removal is dead easy:

Grab the H trim on the sides at the bottom (ie ashtray level) and pull towards you, hard.

Now look for all the little metal clips as they can ping off the trim.

Remove the exposed torx screws and slide stuff out.
