Intermittent Power Loss

I've posted this up a few times now, but things are developing I think!

Changed MAF, megaflushed, cleaned map, air oil and fuel filter, serviced fault code checked and injector trim ok!

I have a car that will run like a dream occasionally but is flat most of the time. After a few months and the spring arriving I have noted the following circumstances:

Car runs great with ambient temp over 12 deg c
Car runs great immediately after refuelling for a while.

Now, is there a fuel temp sensor? Incoming air temp sensor (MAF changed)

My guess is that the lift pump is nearly finished, pumps better with warm (thin) fuel.

car is 05 tdv6 hse with 105k miles.

Any ideas?
