I got to drive a brand new G-Wagen last year after I told the salesman in Austria that it was "too much like a defender for the price" (should have seen his face, was a right picture) and I've got to admit it was a beautiful motor - as plush as a FFRR inside but with triple diff locks, awesome looks and amazing off road ability.
Was also very impressed with the ML on the off-road ice course too
OP - your G is very smart, I keep seeing them around here and do love the look of them! 2014 D4 XS
