I suppose you mean the wiring, sensor etc. I wish I could but unfortunately I do not have the time.
However it is not that difficult as all items can be purchased form electronics stores or ebay.

I used a 20-50KΩ photoresistive sensor purchased from an electronics shop and a
43KΩ resistor (if I remember well). The sensor/resistance circuit has to be
connected to 3 positions on the touchscreen mainboard, namely ambient light
voltage in (Vin), ambient light (voltage) out (Vout) and of course ground as shown
in the picture below:
Hi what does 20-50KOhm photoresistor means, 20 kOhm for on state 50kOhm for off, or 20-50 kOhm on, and some MOhm off?

I just did this mod today. So far I like it but the brightness does need to be addressed. I'll have to look to see if I can find the parts here in town or if I will need to order them. One thing I noticed is when I go to the aux input it doesn't show the TV button as an option. Which modes do I enable to get this to appear as an option on the screen? I have an IIDtool but I'm not sure what modes to select.

You will get the TV button if you enable TV (analogue) in the CCF configuration, but unless you have the LR TV module fitted (it uses the MOST ring) the button will be greyed out. (I do not have it - see my photos in page 23 of this post).
Mittie, the "20-50KOhm photoresistor" means the sensitivity of the photoresistor I used (i.e. from 20KOhm to 50KOhm), you can get photoresistors with higher or lower sensitivity but you will need to use an appropriate resistor of a value in about the middle of the range (e.g. for the range 20KOhm to 50KOhm use a 35-40KOhm resistor).

Okay thanks. When I go into the secret menu 753 and press the screen test button it says TV/DVD not enabled but I use that button when watching a DVD using our portable player. I have it connected to the input on the back of the screen. It would be nice not having to access the 753 menu overtime I wanted to use the DVD player.

This is how I hook up my DVD player. The video input runs up to the back of the display. I currently have to access the 753 menu and select DVD/TV under the test video input button. I would like to be able to use the TV button on the main screen if possible.

Here's a few of my sensor for reference
.. I had my light sensor comming up by the passenger "A"
Pillar .. Worked great .. And was out the way
What's inside the red wrapped area?
Did you use the screw on the circuit board as a ground?
Rennos,
So all I need it the 20-50KΩ photoresistive sensor and a 43KΩ resistor? Also which wires go where? It looks like the resistor is connected to one leg of the photo resistive sensor but nothing is attached to the other end. Is that where the ground wire connects? Which leg of the sensor goes to the light sensor voltage in? The leg with the resistor connected to it or the one without?
