Very scary.
There was a lot of black ice around early Sat. morning. I had a very minor slip on a 90 degree bend, but I was only going about 8 mph. Twice as fast as I should have been though!

Went to Goodwood on Sunday morning in the Bathurst S, had a few fun moments, sixth gear sideways at 70mph'ish made the heart miss a few.
The ATRs are on. Running on 33/36, the Vreds were 39/45 so when looking at the ATRs they look flat compared to the Vred's.
Might only be my imagination but the ATRs do seem different on the road. I get a definite feel of the tyre thread or am I just going mad and over thinking things?
Had my new ATRs on about two months now and like them replaced the wranglers, today on way to work turned off main road 90 degree's to the right then 10 yards to 90 left so slow speed and the D3 decided to slide not much but it all went fortunatley nothing coming the other way but did wonder why, as i said slow speed for few reasons wet road 90 bend and going to work
Oh i run mine at 33 front 36 rear, any lower as i found 26psi all round from tyre fitter and fuel goes down very quickly less than 350 to tank now back on track 500 + Goodyear Duratracs

Anyone find 18" atrs drop the fuel consumption badly? my manual car "seems" to have dipped from 28-30 mpg to 25/ 27 since replacing, i've checked the pressures to standard. However, yesterday full main dealer service so perhaps it could be coincidence, will see what mpg from now
