For Sale; Fiat Panda (before Flea bay gets it.....) |
|
Firstly not sure if this is correct area but the 'for sale' area says Disco only? Sure it will be moved accordingly if not
Had this in part-ex when I sold my Disco' to ease the deal through and plan was for my son to buy it off me 'on the weekly drip' but he can't afford to buy this AND the £2k insurance. I had it on eBay looking to part-ex it for a cheaper car for him, a 'toy' for me or just a straight sale. Was a minimum of £500 cheaper than ANYTHING else on there and half the mileage but deals offered were no good and it didn't sell.
I can't justify/afford to keep it really despite it being great to drive and cheap to run and, ultimately, it will go towards funding a newer D3 so better money in bank than depreciating on drive.....
Can send/upload pics and will add more details if anyone interested. Will give donation to the site also if sold here. Can help in delivering/meeting up and viewing/test drives welcome.
It's a 2007/57 1.2 Dynamic five door in silver with grey and blue interior (valetted as the pale blue seat centres were grubby but good as new again now). It has 28k miles and is in good all round condition. Have put two new tyres on and wiper blades and it's having new brake pads fitted today on the front as getting low. It has three Fiat service stamps and an indy, and (time wise, not mileage) is due a service and this will be done in the next week. MOT'd for nearly 12 months and tax to April 2012
It never does less than 40mpg, high 40's typical in my use and even seen 60mpg on a long, gentle run. Well equipped with remote central locking, electric front windows, multi-function trip computer thingy and a decent stereo. Alas no aircon (this takes it up an insurance grouping, another thought when I had it with my lad in mind....) and is remarkably quiet and capable on long runs on motorway. It has Fiat's 'city' power steering; switch on dash' makes it feather light for parking (actually very good once you've tried it)
They book at £3k for 'private good' in the guides but not seen one advertised for less than £3.5k with double the miles for this age/spec/mileage and even the asthmatic 1.1 litre boggo spec advertised for more than I'm asking. Looking to get offers based on £3k.
Still interested in a cheaper car for my son and cash my way (has to be low insurance grouping) or interested in something like a Golf/Astra/Focus sized car for my partner and I can add cash (I will make a donation to site still if it went in a part-ex deal)
Thanks

Fine in FS&W - rule states Items not covered by the above may still be listed, for example other vehicles or non-vehicle items. However such adverts are accepted solely at the discretion of the site administrator and/or moderator team
