yes, it fits on the adjustable tow hitch, although I have one of these so it can be mounted as high as possible (also for sale) :

I dont, thats why I selling it Laughing Wink

it will take a warn winch or other make with the same bolt positions. As to how you use it : you will need to fit a winch into it and when you get stuck and cant winch forward, then you can winch backwards Thumbs Up
