Xenon is the bulb type
Bi Xenons means that there is usually a halogen bulb somewhere in the lighting (half xenon)
These fit straight in, and you will get a flicker on startup only unless you use a faultmate (or know someone that has one) and they change the CCF to tell the car it now has xenons fitted.
