Personally I would take the wheel to a professional who knows what they are talking about. Rather than get people to guess from a picture! There is no one who can look at that picture and tell you if it's ok or not
I spent a year working at a wheel repair company and sometimes wheels that had very little damage would not repair and others that looked ready for the bin were fixed in no time!
Once it is straightened if done properly there is no reason it would be dangerous.
Wheel Doctors...they franchise a national chain
What I have seen is goodBREXIT - done properly.

No matter what question is asked there is always things for and against, how do you know if any wheels on your car have not been straightened? I could go buy a brand new car tomorrow that the wheel has been straightened on! Pot hole on pdi test drive and slight buckle then straightened you wouldn't know!
in this situation seek the advice of the EXPERTS who do this for a living and know what they are talking about!

You've not said what car it is, but if it's a hatchback/similar I can't imagine that a second hand replacement from eBay or similar is too costly?06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti
