2011 Vogue wheels for D3

Hi illustrious ones with the knowledge of everything LR!
Will 2011 19" Range Rover Vogue rims fit a 05 Disco 3? PCD and all that.
My feeling is they will, but I need to ask as it then may be possible to fit the larger Range Rover Sport discs which the 2011 Vogue has as well.

Regards

Ian

so which do you want first - yes the 19"FFRR (post 07) alloys go straight onto a D3, but... I think the latest 2011 ones need spacers, as the latest RR calipers are different.

If you want better braking, you can fit the D3 V8 front discs (and rears as well if you want), but need minimum 18" rims, or fit the RRS Brembos' for which you'll need 19" rims to clear them.

Hi Al

Thanks for that.
It is really a two fold hit. My 19" rims are rather old and tatty, coupled with the fact the Pirelli Scorpions Zeros are nearing the end of their life, and I have had an offer of nearly new Pirellis ( Less than 1000 miles) on 2011 Range Rover Vogue rims in perfect nick. So I was wondering if they would fit and would it make life any easier when I come to fit larger (Range Rover Sport or D3 V8) discs and callipers?

I would love to have General Grabber AT tyres next time round but the Pirellis haven't been at all bad, so why not keep with the same make?

certainly sounds like a plan

just to be on the safe side, I think Ken has fitted 2010/11 FFRR 19's (the sort of double spoke design) on his D3, and am sure he had to use spacers.

Drop him a PM to double check.

His username is Ken but you're more likely to get a response if you PM him over on Defender2.net The End
