FS: 1999 Volvo V70 T5 (Ex police)
Hello,
Please help me find a good home for my trusty estate car. It's taking up room on my drive and I'm having to abuse the 'visitor status' of my D3 in the local parking slots - it's only a matter of time before I get ticketed

Ex Police Volvo V70 T5, cloth, manual, air-con. Heated front seats, airbags. Remote central locking. Dual Thatcham 1 Anti theft system, Headlamp washer/wipe. Rear armrest, Child Locks, Heated Power Mirrors.
Private Plate V75 ***
Fitted with JVC MP3 RDS head-unit and Parrot Bluetooth CK3100 hands free kit with mic and head-unit integration.
ABS, Anthracite painted wheels. Full size spare wheel. Recent tyres on the front. Recent discs and pads on rear. Last MOT 2010 failure due to flaking silver on headlight - replaced with new OEM units.
170,000 Miles
Local Volvo specialist serviced - last service 2 months ago. Next major service 180,000.
12 Months Tax (till 31/07/2012)
MOT until 13th September - should have no issues flying through.

Ex Police interceptor including ECU mapping and larger turbo. No turbo whine, no oil leaks etc. Very good example of a T5.
Samco hoses, dump valve and tow hitch fitting by previous owner. Also full stainless large bore system fitted, probably a de-cat but no problems on emissions.
Wearing black and a hi-vis vest can prove to get you through all but the heaviest of motorway jams
Couple of slight imperfections in the body work. No real rust trouble anywhere. Wheels in not too bad shape, some light scuffing to rims but no other damage.
Recently the drivers side front lower window seal came off - I've not got around to sourcing a new one, they just press into the door frame by hand.
Offers considered but thinking of breaking this vehicle for parts instead. Will consider throwing in 1.2KW SUB and amp.

SWMBO wants an estate car for the mutt. D3 too hard to get it in and out of so i will be getting it back

£550 - Final price before I strip it and scrap it.

Gone to the breakers...... not before I stripped it of some valuable parts
Sad to hear the straight 5 dumping it's boost up the road but the D3 has settled in quite well in it's place and it will soon be forgotten about.
