Just an update and to confirm what most of you already knew, I have now found a D3 through this forum. As soon as I have her in my possession, I will post some pics and update my profile.

Hi, am new to this site thx to referral. I am interested in a D3 SE or HSE spec, TDV6 engine. Prefer auto, leather + DVD as this will be a car used for school runs, family holidays and trips across Teesdale and Pennines. Milage unto 120k Budget around 13k. Thx. John.

Just take yer time and choose the right one, don't rush into the 1st one you see.
but when you get 'the one' there will be no looking back
only had mine since June and loving it , had some minor issues, but the peeps on here are so helpful, which is why I can be found trawling D3.co.uk most nights mmmwahh ha ha ha ha

No worries Mick! Planning to view a 2005 D3 HSE TDV6 end of this week. Local seller. Am in no rush but have time travel in the coming weeks before business pick up after summer hols. so hopefully this forum leads me (car is for my wife actually) to a great car or some good advise for sure. I just purchased a  2006 HSE auto at week-end locally from Ripon Land Rover - got to say after many dealings with local Main Dealers this experience was a breath of Fresh Air -

Only had it 2 days - but still have the grin on my face when driving it 
Hopefully get it on ramps at work this week and give it a onceover - although I got 12mths LR warranty + Assist with it.

I can see that this post is being read but non have come forward offering a car for sale. Woud that be because of the suggested budget or are most people on this site too happy with their D3, they are unlikely to want to part with it

I got my D3 HSE a few weeks ago from Blackhorse Car Sales near Birmingham. While making small talk the guy said they get them in reasonably regulary. Although I've only had mine a few weeks I'd recommned Blackhorse.

I have a 2006 56 D3 for sale at this very moment. Just 70k up with FSH. An SE with superb spc. Unfortunately its a manual and about £3k over budget i'm afraid.
