| Wanted Audio Unit Disco 3 2005 SE |
|
I am looking for a Discovery 2005 SE Audio Unit with 6 preset station buttons and single CD loader. I am based in Ireland, so if you can quote me price incl. Royal Mail Parcel Price that would be great.

have you contacted nick @ yeovil LR. 'thelargeone' on here. get the cheque book out, as, even with forum discount they are costly, even for base spec radio. be better off putting the money towards a good double din unit with nav/dvd/bluetooth. most of preset button have fallen off mine so plan to replace with something when get few pound together! either that or keep look out on flea bay, but not sure how would work with a donor radio from another car if codes and all that were required.

Codes not required ...interchangeable vehicle to vehicle as a few on here have discovered .
You just missed out on one I sold couple of weeks back on here 
May be able to locate one for you if you are not in a hurry.

Irishrover do you know if the double din units on ebay work on an 05 Disco?

Circa £150 .... depends on condition
As for the ebay units - have done a fair few of these now including my own using these units,check my gallery for pics of the 2 installs i have done with mine. For fear of repeating myself from previous posts but these do offer fantastic value for money and give you considerable more functionality with the option to add further toys (i.e reversing camera,digital TV etc....). The only constraint here will be that you have the high line LR audio which cannot be readily replaced by such units as it is only a head unit not a complete stand alone audio unit ... and your vehicle needs that head unit to function correctly
