If you have 4x4 info then you have the off road navigation .
When in navigation press the hard left hand button under the screen ( might need to press twice )
It will then give you the option for on / off road
Compass will only work in off road mode ... You need to select the screen view mode ( bottom right icon ) to select compass G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

I'm located in darkest Devon. Can someone PM me if they're likely to be in the area in the near future. I'm interested in getting the additional functions enabled on a 2006 (55) SE.

Hi guys
Firstly wicked site has become my bible!! Just recently I just took the plunge and bought my first landrover (05 disco 3 se) simply love it (except the fuel costs lol) but worth it I'm in swindon Wiltshire and wondered if there is anyone who would be willing to enable my 4x4 info screen for me in exchange for some beer tokens or even some of my killer homemade larger and ale or a bottle of vintage sloe gin

Most likely motorways on way down M6, M5 , M4
Dependant on what time I finish .. May go up country A465 and cut back across to m5
