Your making quick progress and it looks great. A real credit to you.

Did you see the off road trailer on the gadget show this week? They had put a howling moon tent on the top of it. I have a recording of it if you like, as it may give you some ideas.

Adrian, my brother has all the spraying gear and lives in Altrincham. He used to work in the body shop where all your local footballers take there cars for repair. He now works in the new Norwich Union bodyshop.

If your interested let me know.

Istr it should be in the centre, illuminated, but no set height.
Having said that, mine is way off to the left side As I had a hole for the wire already there, so used that. I use a squarer motorbike plate rather than the long rectangular plate.

I believe there is no specific law on the numberplate height so long as its illuminated correctly.

But if your using a numberplate/lighting board I believe it should be central to the width of the trailer.

But saying that I am no expert.

I have a jerry can and water can thats going on each panel ( either side of rear door ) ...that only leaves a space above each can ( quite high up ) or in between the lights low down ..but that space has been allocated Whistle

Dont realy want to fit it on the door ..have then got issues with electrics and an opening door (cable snagging )

According to this pile of poo Government Website As long as the plate is made to the regulations and is illuminated it can go anywhere.

One of the secondhand LR dealers that used to go around buying at auction had a big trailer that was towed by three different vehicles. They had all three numberplates on the back, all illuminated, one top centre, one lower left, other lower right. Covers all options!

Sealed up the outside , fitted awning rails and general tidying up .

Also managed to knock up the fridge slide today . Needs a few more bolts and some paint , but works ok
