2.7TDV6 and 6HP auto - what speed 3-4 gear change?

Anyone know what speed range the 2.7 TDV6 D3 with the ZF 6HP auto changes from 3rd gear to 4th?
Or better still, what speed/rpm would I need to reach in 3rd gear in order to skip 4th gear and straight into 5th?

For context: I currently have an issue with the 3-4 gear change (see https://www.disco3.co.uk/forum/post2372039.html#2372039 for further details). I thought perhaps driving in manual mode and controlling the gear change from 3rd gear could allow me to skip 4th gear and avoid this issue temporarily... Mine - MY09 L319 D3 HSE Lion 2.7 TDV6 and modified MY03 LT L318 Discovery 2a HSE Td5 15P
Hers - MY12 L319 D4 Lion 2.7L TDV6
Dads - MY12 L319 D4 Lion 2.7L TDV6
