D3 Suspension Gone Crazy

I'm at my wits end as ive had the xmas tree of suspension errors so thought the compressor was coming to the end of its life and replaced it not problem. Its the hitachi version which replaced the same and for a few days it was fine.
I had a few 'reset obstacle' errors but no issues with the height sensors on each corner and then checked all the connections, replaced the brake switch, checked the steering angle sensor collar and cleaned all the connections behind the battery (and got a new battery) for good measure.
Same issue.
Then i thought the valve block was an issue so replaced the middle one today and have the rear one just incase but now im still getting the following errors:

C1A13-64 Pressure does not decrease when venting gallery
C1A10-64 Pressure fluctuates when the system is inactive

Both are 'intermittent' which explains that i drive for a mile and it seems okay then i jump back in the car and it flashes up Suspension Fault in yellow then red when you go over 30MPH.

Not sure if it helps but i scanned the ATCM (all terrain control module) and get code:

U0421-94 Invalid data received from ride level control module. Also checked the gallery pressure and its 130psi but not sure if thats normal or not. The car certainly seems a bit higher than normal.

Any ideas hugely appreciated as im not sure what else to replace now.
Thanks

Have you actually checked the calibrated heights, measure from wheel centers to the top of the wheel arches on level ground.

hi,
yes i have done the calibration but it came up that the measurements fall outside the range but is there a max limit for the range of front and rear that would then mean the suspension fault comes back?
ive got larger rims and tytres so compensated for those by reducing my measurements. I still have a height at the front of 495mm and 535mm at the rear.
i checked all the connections especially the suspension control module and they dont look corroded but could that be the problem as i still get the issue and cannot raise or lower suspension until i clear the fault but it then comes back after a few minutes of driving.
I have checked the height sensors on each corner and whilst not new they do seem to be functioning so im stuck as to what to try next.
any advice hugely appreciated.
thanks

495, and 535 mm is way out of tolerance, there is a 10mm max betwee3n each corner the heights should be front 466 and rear 485 max. un less you have lift rods or have just thought thoses heights are good.

When you are driving along the car is measuring the heights and if you go round a bend with those settings it will be out of tolerence.

I would start from these figures, when you do it are you using guided or manual, always lower and raise the car inbetween settings upload to settle the car to where it should be. Also be aware that it could over heat if you have to do it for a longer period.

Flack Thumbs Up

Thanks. I didn’t lower and raise in the setup so maybe that’s it. It’s almost like it’s in extended mode although it said normal model when the reset of codes worked.
Also the 4 corners of the display are in red but I thought they should be in green ?

As flack has stated you are way out of tolerance if u want to run that high you'd need to use an "easylift" kit from lrp or other similar kit, which overides the standard system. Thumbs Up

Thanks. I just want to run it at normal height and I have those adjustable rods but they aren’t on the car. I’ve replaced the rear valve block just in case that had something to do with it and the car won’t even discharge so I can then calibrate it and has the same venting issue.
I have a replacement compressor coming just in the off chance the new one delivered was faulty although it is a hitachi so I’ll try that and see.
Errors screen attached
The car is even higher now and not dropping down and I’ve even removed the compressor but it’s still staying in place.
I’m wondering if I out a pipe around the wrong way but it all seems correct so I’m still at a loss as to what to do.
Any advice always appreciated.
Thanks

Have you checked for broken wires in the LH front wheelarch? There is some sharp edge there that can damage insulation and then the copper disintegrates. That caused C1A13-64 for me a long time ago,

There should be three connectors towards the rear of the wheel arch under the liner, in my case, a sharp edge of the liner had damaged two wires close to the connectors.

Have you corrected your heights as suggested..... or are they not staying where they should be ?

the heights arent going down in any corner even with the compressor removed (waiting for the replacement) but i have cleaned up those plugs in the left wheel arch (thansk for the info on that) and all okay so now all back together.
The vehicle is like in super extended mode all round so i want to deflate the whole system and start from scratch but the setting to do this in the diagnostic would only drop the front hence me replacing the rear valve block ( front, mid, rear now replaced) so ithought start with everything down low and see what happens when i calibrate agian as soon as the comperessor turns up. How do i remove all air from system easily. ?

Also should i remove the suspoension control module and open it to see if theres anything weird inside ? there was no external issues with connectors etc but thats assuming im right and its the box behind the battery.

i know when its all sorted ill be happy again but having a nightmare without a functioning landrover thats for sure.

Literally just got it working with the replacement of the replacement so along with new relay, new valve blocks (all) and also cleaned all the wiring connections everywhere it now works. I got a new battery and brake light switch as well so it could have been a number of things.
Thanks for the feedback from all.
