Second battery tray on D3 dimensions

I want to order a second battery today for my daughter's D3. I've lost the piece of paper with the dimensions on it.

Does anyone know the dimensions and the size of battery that will fit?

I'm thinking of ordering this:

I've had Yellow tops and Oddessy barteries in previous set ups.

My plan is to install 2 x 100Ah LifePo4 batteries on a split charge with solar and a larger AGM battery as a starter backup.

It's a bit overkill but Its for her road trip through Scandinavia and Iceland in her Gap year(s).

The battery I've just bought is a short term solution for trip to the lakes and Scotland in the next few weeks. It's just really to power a Waeco fridge / freezer and a bit of lighting. I'll also get a decent solar briefcase so she can plug it in via Anderson connectors through the front grill to keep both batteries topped up without the need to start the engine.

Once she's back and I've got more time, my biggest enemy, we'll fit the system together - she's keen to do as much as she can herself.

Good that she can fit mast of the stuff, as long as the early Chrimbo pressies keep on coming! Laughing Laughing

If the batts are to power a fridge to keep the beers cold, trust me that’s not needed in Scandinavia and Iceland, even in mid summer. Just leave them outside the car, they’ll stay plenty cold! Whistle Whistle

Moo ... would you like to adopt a few of us on here? I'm sure I'm not the only one who would appreciate all these goodies. Having to call you "Dad" would be a small price to pay.

No chance!

SWMBO has decided that because youngest has chosen not to go to Uni, and we no longer have school fees, we need to match what we paid for eldest to go to Uni plus anything else we paid for youngest to enjoy. As I paid for all eldest's fees, accommodation and living expenses, youngest has a large pot to draw from. Big Cry

Sadly my view on this is not relevant, all I need to understand is that I am here to serve, provide and suck it up. Big Cry

As much as I feel you'd be a great addition to the family, the answer is no!!!!
