Securing car with dash removed

Due to various dash errors on my lad's 2007 D3 we're sending it off to Patryk at Totaltronics for repair.

Despite searching the forum I've not found a definitive answer as to the best way to secure the car whilst the dash is removed.

Without central locking will it be possible to lock all bar front passenger door from inside and then use the manual lock from outside to secure the passenger door??

I'm sure I'm over thinking this....

Cheers SB

Correct. Lock everything from the inside, then lock passenger door with the key
